Every piece in our collection is hand-embroidered by skilled artisans after you place your order. This means each item is crafted with patience and precision—and we ask for a little patience in return.
Production Time
Small pieces (up to 20cm / 8 inches): 15–25 business days
Large pieces (30cm / 12 inches and above): 35–45 business days
Custom orders: Timeframe varies depending on design complexity; we’ll confirm with you after order placement.
Worldwide Shipping
We offer free shipping to all destinations and cover all customs duties, import taxes, VAT and official clearance charges for every international shipment via DDP shipping service(YunExpress,4PX,DPD,DHL). The total price you pay at checkout is the final delivered price to your doorstep. There are no extra fees upon receipt.
