Thank you for choosing handmade embroidery. Every piece in our collection is hand-stitched with care by skilled artisans. Because each item is made after you place your order, please allow additional time for production before shipping.
1. Production Time
All our embroidery pieces are crafted by hand, not pulled from a warehouse shelf. Production times vary by size:

Production time begins once your order is confirmed. We do our best to complete each piece as quickly as possible without compromising quality.
2. Shipping Destinations
We offer free worldwide shipping to all destinations. No minimum purchase required.
We ship to most countries and regions. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
- Delivery Term: All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means we cover all shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees upfront. Your final checkout price is the total delivered price with no additional charges upon receipt.
- Carriers: We partner with trusted DDP logistics providers including DPD, YunExpress, 4PX, DHL, and UPS. The specific carrier is assigned based on your delivery country and order details for optimal speed and reliability.
- Delivery Time: Estimated 7–18 business days to most destinations.
4. Processing & Handling

Processing time: After production is complete, we will prepare and package your order for shipment within 2–5 business days.

Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order is dispatched.
5. Estimated Shipping Time
Shipping times vary by destination and carrier. Below are estimates after the order has been shipped:

These are estimates only. Actual delivery time may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, or other unforeseen delays.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international orders are shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
Import customs duties, VAT, taxes and clearance fees are fully prepaid and included in your checkout price.
No additional customs charges or hidden fees will be requested upon delivery. You only pay the final amount shown at checkout.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier’s website or through your Shopify account.
If you have any issues with tracking, please contact us and we’ll help locate your package.
8. Lost or Delayed Packages
We take great care in packaging and shipping your order. However, delays or losses can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (customs, postal strikes, weather, etc.).
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

If still unresolved, email us within 30 days of the shipping date, and we will assist you
We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported missing.
9. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We cannot reroute or change the address once the order has been shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.
