Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting handmade craftsmanship. Each piece in our collection is hand-embroidered with care, often made to order. Because of the nature of our products, we have a limited return policy. Please read carefully before placing your order.


1. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Hand-embroidered items (unless defective or damaged upon arrival)

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered

All of our embroidery pieces are crafted by skilled artisans. Slight variations in stitching, color, or texture are part of the handmade charm and do not constitute defects.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund after reviewing photo evidence of the issue.

To report an issue, email us at: support@yuenembroideryart.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo showing the damage or defect

  • A brief description

We will respond within 24–48 hours.


3. Custom Orders

Custom orders are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
Because custom pieces are created specifically to your design, size, and material preferences, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once production has begun.

If you need to discuss design details before production starts, please reach out—we’re happy to help.


4. Cancellations

  • Standard items: Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Custom orders: Cancellations are not accepted once production has started.


5. Refunds

Refunds (when applicable) will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we confirm the return or issue a resolution. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Shipping Costs

If a return is approved due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost. For any other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
